Ordering & Shipping Info

1.  What form of payments is accepted?

>We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master, American Express and Discover + PayPal.  We are considering other payment options in the future.

2.  How long does it take for shipping?

>We will process your package as soon as we receive your order, usually within 12-24 hours.  They are ship immediately, depending on your shipping preferences, you will get your order usually within 5 business days or sooner.  We take processing speed very seriously.  Please take into consideration that holidays & weekends may delay delivery time.  We use the reliable services of UPS and USPS. 

3.  International Shipping?

We ship to most countries in the world, however, we cannot ship to all countries due to regulations and delivery problems.  Shipments outside of the U.S may be subject to the destination country's Customs clearance charges or import duty.  SacsAndTheCity.com does not set these charges and cannot control whether your package will be subject to such fees, which are determined by the authories of the destination country.  Please check with your local custom office before ordering.

4.  Return Policy for Retail customers?

>You may return your products within 40 days from the date you place your order for refunds, credits or exchange.  Just submit your RMA form for approval, then ship your package.  All products shipped back to us without the RMA will not be processed.  All products being ship back to us must be be in their new & unused condition, along with original dustbags, accessories & gifts. 

5.  Return Policy for Wholesale customers?

>Due to business reasons, all wholesale orders are not qualify for refund.  Only defective items are considered for a full refund.  We will credit all returns for exchange or store credits only.  Please submit your RMA for for approval before shipment of return items.

6.  Are the branded names authentic?

> YES, absolutely, we do not sell fakes or counterfeits, nor do we endorse selling such items.  Every branded items are 100% authentic.  SacsAndTheCity respect highly for creativity and orignality.  All branded items we sell are obtain through their respective agents or authorized resellers.

7.  What does my purchase come with?

>  All handbags are handled carefully and checked before shipment, all handbags come with a protective dustbag for storage and protection.  Some come with additional attachements & accessories.  Occassionally we will send out free gifts along with your purchase!
